  CNC Online Laser Cutting Machine

  CNC laser cutting flying saw machine is used to cut the rolled pipes from the welding production line into specific lengths of pipes. Laser cutting belongs to flexible processing technology, which doesn’t come into direct contact with the processed object, so it will not deform the incision. The processing width is only about 0.1mm, which is completely environmentally friendly and noise free. The consumables are oxygen and protective lenses (need to be replaced after being contaminated). The entire machine has high technical content with fully CNC system. Customers only need to input the pipe type, wall thickness, material, and cutting length on the touch screen. The system will automatically generate cutting parameters and operate it. Non professional personnel can operate it after simple training.

  CNC Milling Type Flying Saw

  This machine is designed with gantry structure and auto up-down device to cut thick wall steel pipes over Ø 219 or F200. Combined with M3 Controll System and servo intelligent control, it can save power more than 30%.

  Cold Flying Saw

  Shenyang Contor researched and developed the first cold flying saw in 2007.Now this product has been upgraded to the fifth-generation intelligent internet mode. Till now, more than 2700 sets cold flying saws are working for our customers all over the world.
