  EV BATTERY CASE ALUMINUM WELDED TUBE MILL

  As we experience once in a lifetime revolution in the auto industry from ICE to EV, we have developed a tube mill which manufactures aluminum battery case tubes at higher speed by HF welding and capable of produing thin wall thickness tubes which dedicates to weight reduction. So far, battery case has been manufactured by press machine and assembled by laser welding which production speed is low and not able to accommodate with thin wall thickness. With our tube mill, battery case tube can be manufactured at one-stop by forming, welding, sizing and cutting and conveying. In addition with utilizing quik-changeover system, by changing tooling, other tube model can be manufactured quickly which offers less labor and investment cost.
