  OMNI-X provides precision rotary draw tube bending solutions, including complete tooling sets with bend dies, clamp dies, pressure dies, wiper dies, and mandrels.   Wiper Die

  OMNI-X wiper dies are engineered for rotary draw bending applications, providing precise support at the inside of the bend to help control wrinkling and improve surface quality and bending consistency. Backed by extensive tube bending experience, OMNI-X provides application-specific wiper die designs based on tube material, wall thickness, bend radius, and production requirements. Our solutions support thin-wall tubing, small CLR, special alloys, and other challenging bending applications. Square-back and insert-and-holder configurations are available to optimize precision, rigidity, tool life, and long-term operating cost.

  OMNI-X mandrels are engineered for rotary draw bending applications, providing precise internal support to help control tube flattening, collapse, and cross-sectional distortion while improving bend quality and process consistency. Backed by extensive tube bending experience, OMNI-X provides application-specific mandrel designs based on tube material, wall thickness, bend radius, and quality requirements. Our solutions include plug, formed, and ball mandrels, along with replacement balls, links, and related components.
