  COLD PILGER MILL

  Two roller continuous pilger mill is a brand new design and manufacture of our company.It is used to roll precision thin-walled pipes of various carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, rare metals and precision alloys in cold state. The machine adopts two-roll ring pass roll, which has the characteristics of large diameter reduction, large wall reduction, long working stroke and so on. At the same time, it adopts AC servo motor rotary feeding, automatic continuous feeding without stopping, reliable and stable work.

  Straightening Machine

  The vertical steel pipe straightening machine has straightening rollers arranged horizontally and crosswise. The straightening rollers are hyperbolic rollers. The straightening roller curve has good contact with the steel pipe. For steel pipes of different diameters, the curve envelope can be achieved by changing the inclination angle of the straightening rollers. The straightening machine is mainly used to straighten the curvature of the pipe and improve the ovality of the pipe section. It is used as finishing equipment in steel pipe plants and has a significant straightening effect on the bending deformation of the pipe produced during rolling and heat treatment.

  Cold Drawing Machine

  The three line cold drawing machine is a professional equipment used for cold drawing of tubes. It stretches the tubes according to the predetermined specifications through strong pulling force, changes the diameter and length of the tubes, and achieves the required dimensional accuracy. It can improve the surface quality of the tubes and improve the surface finish of the tubes. The cold drawing process can change the internal structure of the tubes, thereby improving the strength and hardness of the material and enhancing the mechanical properties of the tubes. The three line cold drawing machine has the ability of continuous production and can complete the cold drawing of multiple tubes without interruption, with high production efficiency.
